Fire safety plans (MAP) in Sul

In the South, demand is dominated by the Algarve and by tourism: hotels, aparthotels, short-term rentals above the simplified regime, bars and restaurants, many tied to a licence being opened or renewed for the high season. In the Alentejo — Évora, Beja, Portalegre — the building stock is more spread out and demand leans towards retail, services and agri-industry.

Few listed companies are based in this region. Even so, a quote request is routed to companies covering the Algarve and the Alentejo, including some based in Lisbon that travel south.
